Our Institute hosts the archive of the DOBES (Documentation Of Endangered Languages) project that has been sponsored by the Volkswagen Foundation. We have probably the largest archive on endangered languages in Nijmegen. I am one of the founding members of the "Gesellschaft für bedrohte Sprachen" (the German Society for Endangered Languages) and very much interested in the documentation, archiving and revitalization of the endangered languages of the world.
